Hi, I would like to convey my deepest appreciation to Askari Bank. I am living in Muscat and operate my account online. Whenever I have sent a mail for any problem that I face the respective staff in Islamabad has been highly cooperative and efficient.
Highly disappointed with services, tried to call customer services, the guy at 0800, gave me Karachi number +92 21 32630089, which was engaged all the time, tried calling regional office number at Karachi, they gave another number +92 21 2630731, at least ringed and got recorded message, “Please hold for Operator”, I listened to a funny music for a while and someone disconnected the call, tried this three times, but no response. This is the service level you guys have for your customer. The customer cannot even reach the customer care, how do you expect to survive in this competition.
I have been your customer for more than six years now. I feel gravely disappointed by the way your customer services have handled my complaint regarding missing points on my credit card since 2008. I opted for shopping coupon against my earned points which were never delivered. Instead my points were deducted. I have been complaining about this for a long time. My last complaint no. 417017 was handled by Ms. Zubaida in Lahore customer service but to no avail. To be honest I now feel embarrassed myself to pursue this case any further. Although it reflects badly on your customer service and complaint handling mechanism, I am sure that the matter can be sorted at the appropriate level. This would surely help me rebuild confidence in this bank. I expect that the matter will be resolved at the earliest and handled as a special case.
I like the banking policies of this bank very much.
